Attorney Itzik Shlesinger

Itzik received his Bachelor degree in Political Science with emphasis in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. He was also honored with the Order of Barristers for his advocacy accomplishments while at Willamette.

For over 25 years Itzik has dedicated his professional career to assisting Oregonians navigate through difficult times brought on by unfortunate circumstance. Itzik genuinely cares about people and is personally offended when insurance companies or corporations use their limitless resources to suppress and take advantage of everyday folks. After dozens of trials and arbitrations, Itzik has fostered a formidable approach to leveling the playing field and forcing those responsible to treat his clients as human beings, not a faceless number or statistic.

Itzik has been admitted to practice law in the states of Oregon and Washington. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court of the District of Oregon. He is a member of the Lane County Bar, Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and National Trial Lawyers. Itzik has also served on the board of several non-profit organizations, Oregon State Bar Committees and is a former President of the Emerald Business Partners.

Itzik’s practice is focused on claims involving Auto Accidents, Medical and Professional Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Premise Liability, Catastrophic Injuries, Sex Abuse, and Defective Products. He enjoys the challenges and complexity of preparing for and litigating cases. Itzik believes everyone is entitled to the preservation of their dignity.

When he is not busy fighting corporate America and the insurance industry, Itzik enjoys backpacking, camping, training for his next marathon, hiking, traveling, and spending time with his wife and kids.
